a mixed experience, some positives, but some significant drawbacks

the staff was polite and helpful . i found their assistance to be acceptable, and they seemed willing to address my needs.
The room i booked did not meet my expectations. it was not as clean as it should have been, and there was an unpleasant smell. also, the home service was not responsive. I called, but no one replied.
